Lash Rehab in Virginia Beach
A restorative service for damaged or compromised natural lashes.
If your lashes have been damaged from poorly applied extensions, overuse, or improper care, Lash Rehab is designed to restore their strength, health, and integrity.
Serving clients in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake.
What Is Lash Rehab?
Lash Rehab is a restorative treatment focused on repairing and strengthening your natural lashes after damage.
This service is often needed when extensions have been applied improperly, removed incorrectly, or worn in a way that compromised the health of your natural lashes.
Common causes of damage include:
-
Poor isolation (lashes that have been glued together)
-
Extensions that are too heavy for your natural lashes
-
Improper removal, including picking, pulling, or rubbing
-
Overgrown or improperly maintained sets
This is a judgment-free service focused on correcting and restoring lash health.
The goal is to bring your lashes back to a healthy, stable place so they can grow, shed, and support future services properly.

The Process
Every Lash Rehab appointment begins with a thorough consultation and lash analysis.
I’ll assess the current condition of your natural lashes and determine the best course of action based on the level of damage.
Your service may include:
-
Safe removal of existing lash extensions (if present)
-
A deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture and flexibility
-
Application of a lash growth serum to support regrowth
-
A leave-in conditioning treatment if no extensions are applied
A full-size lash growth serum and conditioner are included so you have the proper tools to support your recovery at home.
If your lashes are able to safely support extensions, a very light set may be recommended. Your light lash extension set will be scheduled as a separate appointment, once your lashes have had the Lash Rehab treatment.
This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
In some situations, extensions are not recommended until your natural lashes have recovered.
Recovery & Expectations
Repairing damaged lashes takes time, but it is absolutely possible.
Most clients see improvement within 2–4 months, depending on:
-
The severity of the damage
-
Your natural lash growth cycle
-
Your lifestyle and aftercare habits
We will schedule a check-in around the 6–8 week mark to assess progress and adjust your plan if needed.
The priority during this time is lash health first.
Aesthetic results come second during the healing
phase.
At-home care plays a major role in recovery, and I’ll guide you on exactly what to use and how to use it so you get the best possible results.
